摘要
企业要在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,必须运用专利战略。本文从论述我国企业专利战略存在的不足入手,总结企业专利战略的法律依据,分析日本企业专利战略的基本特点,提出完善我国企业专利战略的几点建议。
In older to struggle for existence and development in keen market competition, the enterprise must exert patent strategy. The short comings in China＇s enterprise patent strategy is discussed firstly,summarize the legal foundations of the enterprise patent strategy,analyse the traits of Japan＇s enterprise patent strategy,and than give some advice of the improvement of China＇s enterprise patent strategy.
