新生儿溃疡性结肠炎一例 被引量：6

摘要 患儿男，3d，因生后面色发绀，气促，哭吵不安3d入院。患儿系C8P2，孕38^＋3周剖腹产出生，羊水胎粪污染，脐带绕颈1周，体重3．0kg。出生时皮肤青紫，经清理呼吸道、人工正压通气后好转，Apgar评分：1—8分／3min，5～9分／5min，但仍有发绀和气促，哭吵不安，在当地医院治疗3d无好转转入我院（具体治疗不详）。入院时胎便已排，小便量正常。其母38岁，人工流产3次，自然流产3次，否认此次孕期感染史。入院体查：T37．5℃，呼吸62次／min，
