赤霉素对大白菜花粉体外萌发的影响研究

Effects of GA_3 Concentration on External Germination of Chinese Cabbage Pollen

探讨了一定浓度的赤霉素对大白菜花粉萌发的作用,结果显示,20,40,60 mg/L的赤霉素均能使大白菜花粉萌发率达到75%以上,而且3者促使花粉萌发所需时间分别为40,25,10 min。并进一步证明20mg/L的赤霉素更适合大白菜花粉萌发。

The effects of GA3 concentration on pollen germination was tested. The results showed that the GA3 of 20, 40, 60 mg/L all could induce pollen germination rates to more than 75% and pollen germination took 40, 25 and 10 min for each concentration treatment. More tests proved that the 20 mg/L GA3 was more suitable for pollen germination.
