固相含量对凝胶注模成型ZrO_2陶瓷力学性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用凝胶注模工艺分别制备体积分数为36%、38%、40%、42%和44%的ZrO2陶瓷坯体,在1 600℃进行无压烧结,通过电子万能试验机、扫描电镜等测试手段分别对ZrO2陶瓷材料的力学性能和显微结构进行测试和分析,结果表明,固相体积分数为38%时,陶瓷材料的相对密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性最大,分别为98.36%、921.34MPa和11.49MPa.m1/2,这是由于固相体积分数为38%的浆料流动性好,气孔少,制备出的ZrO2陶瓷坯体缺陷少. In this paper, the green body of ZrO2 ceramic were successfully prepared by gel-casting, of which solid contents are 36%, 38%, 40%, 42% and 44%, respectively, then no pressure sintered at 1600℃ ,the property and microstructure of ZrO2 ceramic were investigated by Electronic Universal Testing Machine and SEM. The results show that, when solid content is 38%, they are the greatest value that the relative density, bending strength and fracture toughness of ZrO2 ceramic, which are 98.36%, 921.34 MPa and 11.49 MPa·m^1/2, respectively. This is because the slurry of solid content of 38% has good mobility and low porosity, and the green body of ZrO2 ceramic has fewer defects.
