摘要
利用液压技术实现车辆惯性能量的回收与再利用.以城市公交汽车为研究对象,根据其运行特点及动力特性拟定液压系统的基础设计参数,在综合分析了成本与效益,动力性与安全性等多方面因素的前提下,设计了以气囊式蓄能器及泵/马达一体部件应用为典型特征的惯性能量液压转换系统,实验证明该系统具有结构紧凑、反应迅速、节油效果显著的特点.
Making use of the hydraulic technique, recycle and utilization of inertia energy in automobile were realized. Taking the autobus of city as the researchable object, for the characteristic of run and power, the basic design parameter of the hydraulic system was studied. Based on much aspect of factor, for example, the cost and benefit, the power and security, hydraulic switching system of inertia as being used the pump/motor and the container of air sac type as the representative characteristic was designed. And the experimentation proved the system had the characteristic of compact configuration, rapid reaction and marked effect of saving oil.
