苏合心鼻吸贴体内外相关性试验的研究

Studies on Correlation of Suhexin Nasal Inhalant in Vitro and in Vivo

目的研究苏合心鼻吸贴体外释放度和体内吸收度的相关性。方法采用气相-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,以冰片为测试目标,对苏合心鼻吸贴中冰片的释放度行为和鼻吸贴经家兔鼻子吸入后在其体内的吸收度行为进行了研究,并对二者的相关性做了比较。结果6 h内鼻吸贴的释放度为21.1%,家兔体内的吸收度为41.3%,释放度和吸收度的相关关系为Y=2.5151X-6.0916,r=0.9973。结论苏合心鼻吸贴中冰片的释放度和吸收度具有较好的相关性。

Objective To study the correlation between release percentage in vitro and absorption percentage in vivo of Suhexin nasal inhalant. Methods The release percentage of borneol in vitro and its absorption percentage in vivo from Suhexin nasal inhalant in rabbits were studied and their correlation was compared with technology of gas chromatography and mass spectra （GC-MS）. Results The release percentage of the inhalant in 6 hours was 21.1%, and the absorption percentage in rabbits was 41.3%. The correlation between release percentage and absorption percentage was Y=2.5151X-6.0916, r=0.9973. Conclusion The release percentage in vitro has good correlation with the absorption percentage in vivo of borneol from Suhexin inhalant.
