Acupoint Sticking Therapy for Asthma: A Systematic Review of Randomized and Semi-randomized Controlled Triais

目的评价中药穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用Cochrane系统评价的方法对中药穴位贴敷治疗哮喘的随机及半随机对照试验进行系统评价。统计方法数据用专用软件RevMan4.2.8版进行统计分析。结果7篇共954例患者满足纳入标准,其中1篇质量较高。Meta分析的结果,中药穴位贴敷与安慰剂贴敷比较,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论中药穴位贴敷对哮喘可能有效,但由于试验方法学质量较低,样本量较少,结果尚不能充分肯定,需进行大样本、高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证。

Objective To assess the curative effect and safety of acupoint sticking therapy for asthma. Methods A Cochrane systematic review was used to evaluate the randomized and semi-randomized trials of acupoint sticking therapy for asthma. The data were statistically analyzed by RevMan 4.2.8. Results Seven clinical trials involving 954 patients met the inclusion criteria and only one trial had a relatively high quality. Meta-analyses showed that the curative effect of acupoint sticking therapy of herb was statistically significantly superior to that of acupoint sticking therapy of placebo. Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy is possibly effective for asthma, but because of lower methodological quality and less samples of all the trials, the conclusion has no enough evidence and need to be testified by more trials of high quality and big sample.
