地塞米松对下颌骨骨折愈合影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究甾体类抗炎药地塞米松对下颌骨骨折愈合的影响。方法建立SD大鼠双侧下颌骨颊舌向贯穿的不完全骨折缺损模型,随机分为地塞米松磷酸钠给药组与生理盐水对照组,连续腹腔注射给药5天,分别于给药结束后第1、3、6、10、17天处死并取双侧下颌骨,X线检查并计算骨折愈合处平均灰度,同时行组织学观察。结果平均灰度分析显示对照组骨折缺损愈合处平均灰度值均高于实验组,实验组和对照组之间存在显著性差异(P=0.016),差异随着愈合时间的延长而更加明显;组织学观察结果显示实验组骨折缺损愈合明显延迟于对照组。结论甾体类抗炎药地塞米松可以延缓下颌骨骨折的愈合。 Objetive To evaluate the effects of steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs dexamethasone on mandibular fracture healing. Methods 30 SD rats were operated for incomplete fracture of hibateral mandible penetrated from buccal side to lingual side. The rats were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group was adininistered with dexamethasone sodium phosphate, and the control group was administered with physiologic saline. All rats were administered by intraperitoneal injection for five days starting from the day of surgery. The animals were killed on the first, third, sixth, tenth and seventeenth day after five days' administration, and their hibateral mandible were taken out. The effects of dexamethasone were assessed by histological method and by calculating the wound average gray scale after X-ray examination. Results The average gray-scale analysis showed that fracture healing in the control group was better than that in the experimental group. Experimental and control groups showed significant differences( P = 0. 016) in healing time. Histological observations revealed that fracture healing in the experimental group was significantly slower than that in the control group. Conclusion Steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs dexamethasone can delay the healing of mandibular fracture.
