摘要
目的观察Ⅲ型肌激动器治疗前牙反的临床疗效。方法选择8例功能性Ⅲ类错畸形的患者,使用Ⅲ型肌激动器进行矫治,比较治疗前后的效果。结果所有患者前牙反解除的平均时间是3.5个月,侧面外形得到明显改善。结论肌激动器矫治早期功能性Ⅲ类错畸形可以达到满意的治疗效果,是切实可行的方法。
Objective To evaluate the treatment effects of activator on anterior crossbite. Methods 8 patients with functional Class Ⅲ malocclusion were treated with activator. The treatment effects were assessed. Results The average therapic period to correct anterior crossbite was 3.5 months. The skeletal profile was improved. Conclusion It is desirable to treat functional Class Ⅲ malocclusion with activator.
