摘要
针对GS5200龙门五面加工中心的横梁关键部件,通过建立三维有限元模型,在考虑重力和切削力作用下,计算出横梁部件的静态变形;利用有限元分析软件对该部件进行模态分析和动力响应分析,得到系统固有频率和各阶振型图,并进一步分析了结合面参数变化对横梁滑箱系统整体动态特性的影响,找出影响部件动态性能的薄弱环节。
The paper sets up the 3D FEA model of key beam parts of GS5200 gantry five-face machining center, calculates beam parts static deformation on condition of gravity and cutting force. The paper also analyses beam parts mode and dynamic response by use of FEA software and obtains natural frequency and each order vibration mode map. Finally the paper analyses that joint surface parameter change effects dynamic characteristic, finds out weakness tache of affecting beam parts dynamic characteristic.
