摘要
长庆油田4口结蜡油井产出的原油含蜡10%-20%,含沥青质3.7%-9.4%,含胶质0.23%-1.8%,蜡烃碳数分布宽,峰值在C29-C43。用加入10%油井蜡的B-1井原油从4种商品中筛选出用量少、防蜡效果好的防蜡剂E-1(一种乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物)并用作固体防蜡剂的主剂,取低熔点(70℃)的乙烯/α-烯烃共聚物LD-1为溶解控制剂,选表面活性剂Tween-80为分散剂,混合成型,制得直径60 mm、质量约190 g的柱状防蜡剂。将50支防蜡剂装入16 m长、直径93 mm的花管中,下入结蜡井内。在姬塬、白豹油区的10口油井试用该固体防蜡剂,油井有效生产天数已从120-150天延长到超过240-303天。
The crude oil of 4 production wells with waxing troubles in Changqing contain 10--20% wax,3.7-9. 4% asphaltene,and 0. 23-1.8% resin and the carbon number distribution of the wax component is wide with a peak located in range C29-C34. In a screening experiment using the crude oil of well B-1 with 10% wax deposit added, paraffin inhibitor E-1, an ethylene/vinylacetate copolymer,is ehosen from 4 commercial chemicals owing to its high efficiency at low dosages. A low melt point ,70℃, ethylene/a-de/in eopolymer, LD-l,is taken for adjusting the dissolving out rate of E-1. Surfaetant Tween-80 is chosen as dispersant. The three ingredients are mixed and moulded into bars 60 mm in diameter and - 190 g in mass. 50 bars are charged into a perforated tube 93 mm in diameter and 16 m long,which is placed downhoh into the well with waxing troubles. Such waxing inhibition measures in 10 wells in Jiyuan and Baibao districts of Changqing have resulted in extending the mormal oil production period from 120--150 days to more than 240-303 days.
