摘要
所报道的二元超低界面张力泡沫体系,由聚合物HPAM,非离子表面活性剂SLF(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸单酯),阴离子表面活性剂SLY(长链脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺)组成。含1.2 g/L聚合物,3.2 g/L SLY,SLY、SLF质量比不同,用矿化度约5 g/L的模拟地层水配制的发泡液,在SLY、SLF比为4∶1时,45℃时与大庆井口原油之间的界面张力达到10-3mN/m数量级,最大发泡体积、半衰期、综合发泡指数均随表面活性剂浓度增大而增大,在总浓度为4.0g/L即SLY、SLF比为4∶1达最大值;聚合物的最佳浓度为1.5 g/L。
The titled foaming solution was composed of an HPAM polymer,a nonionic surfactant SLF,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphoric acid monoester,and an anionic surfactant SLY,diethanolamide of long chain aliphatic acids.The experimental foaming solution was prepared in a simulation formation water of TSD about 5 g/L and contained 1.2 g polymer and 3.2 g SLY per liter with varying SLY to SLF mass ratio,R,and ultralow interfacial tension values of magnititude 10^-3mN/m were observed between a Daqing wellhead crude oil and the experimental solution of R=4∶1.The maximal foam volume,the foam halflife,and the composite foaming index were increased with increasing total surfactant concentration,reaching the largest values at the concentration equal to 4.0 g/L,that is at R=4∶1;the optimal polymer concentration was of 1.5 g/L.
