摘要
采用5个籽粒大小差异显著的自交系,配成3对组合,对有关玉米籽粒大小的7个性状进行杂种优势分析。结果表明,中亲优势在正交组合中除籽粒密度性状外均表现负向优势,在反交组合中除籽粒厚度有一个组合为负值外其余组合均表现正向优势;当代优势在所有正反交组合中达到显著水平的,在反交中除籽粒厚度的一个组合表现负值外,其余组合均表现正向杂种优势,尤其是粒长、百粒重、长宽比、籽粒密度这4个性状在正反交中均存在显著的当代杂种优势。
5 inbred lines with significant difference were used in reciprocal cross test to analysis heterosis of 7 traits about kernel size of maize. The result shows that the positive mid-parent heteosis existed in obverse crosses except kernel density, however the positive mid-parent heteosis also existed in inverse crosses except one combination about kernel thickness. All the reciprocal crosses except the kernel thickness achieve the significant level show the positive contemporary heterosis especially in kernel length, 100-seeds weight, aspect ratio, density.
