摘要
采用谷氨酸发酵液先浓缩后调节等电点以提取谷氨酸。谷氨酸收得率在85-90%,比常用的等电点法收得率可提高10—20%.
The paper is concernel with the method of extracting the glutamic acid from the fermenting liquid. The glutamic fermenting liquid is first condensed before the isoelectric point is adjusted. The yield of the proposed method is at 85-90%, being 10-20% higher than that of the conventional me- thod of isoelectric point.
