摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、图像分析仪及温度记录仪分析、测试、研究了不同稀土加入量对4137H合金钢纯净度、过冷度、组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土夹杂物以Ca,Al高熔点氧化物为核心聚集长大。加入适量稀土后,4137H合金钢内夹杂物减少,纯净度提高,过冷度增加,组织得到细化。当稀土加入量为1%时,过冷度增加26 K,常温抗拉强度和硬度分别提高了14%和32%。
SEM, microscope, image analysis were used to analyse the influence of different RE quantity on cleanliness, udercooling, microstructure and mechanical properties of 4137H. The results show that RE inclusion grows up on the Ca, A1 high melting point oxide. The quantity of inclusion was reduced and supercooling was increased when appropriate amount of mixed RE was added. When the quantity of RE added was 1 %, the udercooling was increased by 26 K, and the tensile strength and hardness were increased by 14% and 32% respectively.
