成人胰岛分离纯化技术 被引量：3

摘要 目前，胰岛移植已经成为治疗糖尿病的有效手段之一。从供者胰腺中分离出大量高活力的胰岛是保证胰岛移植成功的必要环节。本研究自2005年3月至2008年1月共进行15例成人胰岛分离纯化，现总结如下。
