定数截尾缺失数据下线性失效率模型的参数估计

Estimation for the Parameter of Linear Failure Rate Model under Multiply Type-Ⅱ Censoring

利用逆估计法的思想,给出寿命分布为线性失效率模型时,定数截尾寿命试验数据缺失场合下样本分布参数的近似点估计.通过Monte-Carlo数值模拟表明,当样品容量固定时,随着数据的增大,精度愈高;当缺失数据数目太大时,参数估计误差偏大;而当缺失数据数目不太大时,参数估计的精度还是令人满意的.

By the idea of the inverse moment, we provide an approximate estimation for the parameter of the sample distribution under type- Ⅱ censoring when product life time follows linear failure rate model. By the Monte-Carlo simulation, when the sample capability is fixed, the precision is high with the number of the data is large, when the number of the data is small namely the number of the missing data is large, the error of the estimation for the parameter is biased big, the precision for the parameter estimation is successfully satisfied when the number of the missing data is not large.
