摘要
利用LG和Cxx两对引物,通过实验优化设计,建立了比较可靠的甘蔗宿根矮化病巢式PCR检测体系。
Using two primer pairs LG ＆ Cxx, some optimization designs were made for the experiments and establishing a reliable detection system of Nested PCR for sugarcane ratoon stunting disease.
