维药唇香草挥发油稳定性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对唇香草挥发油的稳定性进行了初步研究。方法与结果:光照、温度和pH值均影响唇香草挥发油的稳定性。室温自然光照50d后挥发油OD值下降了28%,室温避光50d后挥发油OD值下降了13%,4℃自然光照50d后挥发油OD值下降了16%;在碱性条件下(保留30m in)唇香草挥发油OD值明显升高;另外Na+、K+、Mg2+、Cu2+、Fe3+对唇香草挥发油的稳定性有不同程度的影响,其中Cu2+、Fe3+对唇香草挥发油的稳定性影响较大。结论:为保证唇香草挥发油的品质,应在低温、避光以及偏酸性条件下保存,同时应避免与重金属离子接触。 Objective: The stability of the volatile oil from Ziziphora elinopodioides Lam. was investigated by the means in this paper. Methods and Results : The results show that the illumination, the temperature and pH value affect the stability of the volatile oil from Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam. Natural light at room temperature after 50 d volatile oil OD value dropped by 28 %, dark at room temperature after 50d volatile oil OD value dropped by 13 %, 4℃ natural light after 50 d the OD value of the volatile oil dropped by 16 % ; in alkaline conditions ( save 30rain ) volatile oil significantly increased the value of OD; on the other hands, the presence of Na^+ , K^+ , Mg^2+ ,Cu^2+ ,Fe^3+ affected the stability of the volatile oil at varying degree. Especially Cu^2+ and Fe^3+ have a greater impact on the stabil- ity of the volatile oil. To guarantee the quality of essential oil, it should be preserved at low temperature, evading the light, and under acid condition. Conclusion: simultaneously avoiding with the metallic ion together mixing.
