骨质疏松症遗传相关性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 骨质疏松症诊断依靠骨密度测定,骨密度受遗传因素影响。维生素D受体、I型胶原、雌激素受体、降钙素受体、W nt蛋白基因的多态性决定骨密度,本文就基因多态性与骨质疏松症相关性做主要论述。
