2006～2008年1181例剖宫产原因的探讨

Probe into the Causation of 1181 Cesarean Section Cases in 2006 to 2008

目的:探讨我院高剖宫产率的具体原因,寻找降低剖宫产率对策,并提倡阴道分娩。方法:对我院连续三年来所有剖宫产具体原因进行逐一分类,进行分析。结果:现代辅助检查的完善,可能导致剖宫产率增高是一方面,社会因素在目前是剖宫产增加的另一重要因素。结论:产前做好孕期宣教,使孕妇更多地了解阴道分娩的好处,产科医护人员应提高阴道助产技术,并恰当地掌握手术指征,来降低剖宫产率。

Purpose： Researching the causation of high rate of cesarean section in our hospital to find countermeasure against high rate of cesarean section, and advocating vaginal delivery. Method ： Classifying and analyzing the causation of cesarean section in last three years in our hospital. Result ： The developing of modem assistant check - up may heighten the rate of cesarean section ; and the social factor is another causation of high rate of cesarean section. Conclusion ： Carrying through more education while being pregnant to make pregnant women know better the advantage of parturition. The doctors and nurses of department of gynaecology and obstetrics should improve midwifery, and control the conditions of cesarean section correctly to reduce the rate of cesarean section.
