目的:讨论消毒方法在骨科手术器械消毒方面的改进对错漏率及医生满意度的调查。方法:比较小包装灭菌法使用前后,错漏率及医生满意度的差异。结果:方法改进后,错漏率下降至0.5%及医生满意度上升至96%,有显著差异。结论:小包装灭菌法的使用是骨科手术器械的管理规范化、条理化,得到多方面的好评。

Object： To discuss change the method of disinfection for instruments in orthopaedics. Method ： Use the small package disinfecting way. To compare before and after using this method, the difference of degree of error I mistake and degree of satisfaction.. Result ： The difference of degree of error I mistake and degree of satisfaction has marked difference, while degree of error/mistake declined to 0.5%, and degree of satisfaction ascended to 96%. Conclusion ： The way of using small pavkage to disinfect could make the management of instruments in orthopaedics standard, generalize, and enjoy a good reputation.
