宜宾市翠屏区2005～2007年乙型肝炎感染状况分析

ANALYSIS ON DATA OF HBV INFECTION FROM 2005 TO 2007

目的：掌握宜宾市翠屏区饮食从业人员乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染情况。方法：对2005～2007年从业人员体检资料进行分析。结果：体检24933人，HBsAg阳性率1．50％，阳性率低于全国平均水平。HBsAg阳性滴度≤1：128的34人。结论：应加强卫生监督工作，提高常住人口的卫生习惯与健康意识。

Objective To grasp the circumstances of HBV infection in the practitioners and managing medical certificates in Jining city. Methods Analyzed on the data of practitionersbhysical check - up. Results Total number of check up people was 24 933, the HBsAg positive rate was 1.50% and it was below the countrywide average level. There were 34 persons whose HBsAg positivetite was lower than 1：128. Conclusion We should strengthen the sanitation surveillance and the practitioners are given the jobs after getting the medical certificates.
