心理干预对心境障碍反复发作的对比分析

The analysis of the function with psychological intervention treatment to the mood barrier

目的:探讨心理干预对心境障碍反复发作的作用。方法:按照CCMD-3心境障碍诊断标准痊愈出院的患者随机分为两组。A组单纯药物治疗;B组心理干预合并药物治疗,心理干预每月一次,两组患者均随访一年,病情复发的精神症状再现为指标。结果:心理干预合并药物治疗组的复发率明显低于单纯药物治疗组。结论:对心境障碍患者在服药的前提下,开展心理干预能明显降低疾病的复发率。

Objective： The discussion psychology intervenes the function which manifests suddenly repeatedly to the mood barrier. Method：Divides into two groups stochastically according to the CCMD -3 mood barrier diagnosis standard healing out of hospital patient. A group of pure medicine treatment; B group of psychological intervention merge medicine treatment, the psychology intervenes each month one time, two group of patients make a follow -up visit for a year, the condition recrudescence energetic symptom reappearance are the targets. Results：The psychological intervention merge medicine treatment group＇s recurrence rate is lower than the pure medicine treatment group obviously. Conclusion ：To the mood barrier patient in under the premise which takes medicine, the development psychology intervention can reduce disease obviously the recurrence rate.
