摘要
目的:研究氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛在胃切除术中的应用。方法:将48例患者随机分为P组和C组,P组于手术前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯5ml,C组静脉注射脂肪乳5ml。结果:术后C组的VAS显著高于P组(P<0·05)。结论:胃切除术前静脉使用氟比洛芬酯行超前镇痛可加强术后镇痛效果。
Objective： To observe the application of preemptive analgesia in gastrectomy operation with flurbiprofen axteil. Methods： 48 patients were randomly divided intoP group and C group. P group in the pre-operative inject flurbiprofen axetil 5ml, and C group inject fat emulsion 5 ml. Result： VAS were higher in the group C （P 〈0.05） compared with that in group P. Conclusion： Using flurbiprofen axteil before gastrectomy operation call enhance the effect of postoperative analgesia.
