Clinical Analysis of Tension Band with Kirschner Wire and Circular Bind Wiring for Comminuted Patella Fracture

目的:分析总结克氏针钢丝张力带加环扎在粉碎性髌骨骨折治疗中的应用,探讨其治疗的可行性。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2006年6月用克氏针钢丝张力带加环扎固定方法治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折21例。结果:随访6个月至2年全部愈合,优良率达90.5%。结论:该方法具有操作简便、创伤小、固定牢靠、活动早、康复快等优点,是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的一种行之有效有方法。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the possibility of tension band with Kirschner wire and wire and circular bind wiring for comminuted patella fracture.Methods：To analyze 21 patients of comminuted patella fracture treated with tension band with Kirschner wire and wire and circular bind wiring retrospectively from Jan, 2000 to June, 2006.21 cases of comminuted patella fracture were treated by this method. Results All cases were followed up. The duration of following up were from half one to two years. All fractures heal. The rate of excellent result is 90. 5%. Conclusions：This method has the advantages of simple manipulation, less operative trauma, firm fixation, earlier mobilization, fast recovery. It is a good treatment method for comminuted patella fracture.
