培养基和培养条件对云南红豆杉细胞生长量及产生10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨云南红豆杉细胞生产10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ的影响条件。[方法]研究不同培养基、培养温度和光照强度对云南红豆杉细胞生长量和产生10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ的影响。[结果]结果表明,BTM培养基中细胞生长量和10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ含量分别是B5培养基中的1.7倍和2.6倍;20℃培养时细胞生长量和10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ含量分别是30℃时的1.5倍和5.7倍;暗培养细胞生长量和10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ含量分别是强光照(3 000 lx)培养时的2.5倍和4.4倍。[结论]该研究结果为云南红豆杉细胞培养生产10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ提供依据。 [Objective]The purpose of this research was to discuss the influencing conditions of producing 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ with the cell of Taxus yunnanensis.[Method]The effects of medium varieties,temperature and illumination intensity on the cell growth and the synthesis of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ of Taxus yunnanensis cell culture were investigated in this study.[Result]The results indicated that the growth and composition of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ of Taxus yunnanensis cell in BTM medium were 1.7 times and 2.6 times as much as those of B5 medium,respectively,the cell growth and the concentration of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ of Taxus yunnanensis cell at temperature 20 ℃ were 1.5 times and 5.7 times as much as those of at temperature 30 ℃,respectively;the growth and the concentration of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ of Taxus yunnanensis cell under dark culture were 2.5 times and 4.4 times in comparison with those of high irradiance(3 000 lx).[Conclusion]This study will provide the theoretical basis for producing 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ with the cell of Taxus yunnanensis.
