摘要
[目的]研究冀东地区产奶期奶牛微量元素铁、铜、锰、锌的营养状况。[方法]利用原子吸收光谱法对冀东地区奶牛场中国荷斯坦奶牛产奶期基础混合日粮和配合混合日粮中铁、铜、锰、锌4种微量元素的含量进行测定和盈缺分析。[结果]配合混合日粮中铁、铜、锰、锌4种微量元素含量分别为415.54、25.65、59.59和63.93 mg/kg,其中铁含量为文献报道产奶牛营养需要值的4倍,其他3种元素达到文献报道产奶牛营养需要值;基础混合日粮中铁、铜、锰和锌含量分别为363.91、14.21、35.64和33.00 mg/kg,铁含量为文献报道奶牛营养需要值的3倍,铜含量达到文献报道产奶牛营养需要值。[结论]在冀东地区进行日粮配制时铁和铜2种元素含量已满足奶牛生长和产奶的需要;而锰和锌2种元素应适量的补充。
[Objective] The aim was to research the nutritional status of microelement including iron,copper,manganese and zinc in the milk of dairy cow during milking stage in Jidong area.[Method] The content of iron,copper,manganese and zinc in diet of the basic mixed feed and compounding mixed feed in the milk of China holstein cows during milking stage in the dairy farm in Jidong area were measured by the atomic absorption spectroscopy and the analysis on profit and loss of these microelement was made.[Result] The content of iron,copper,manganese and zinc in the diet of compounding mixed feed were 415.54,25.65,59.59 and 63.93 mg/kg resp.,in which the content of iron was 4 times of the required value of dairy cow nutrition reported in literature and the other 3 elements reached the required value of dairy cow nutrition reported in literature.The content of iron,copper,manganese and zinc in the diet of basic mixed feed was 363.91,14.21,35.64 and 33.00 mg/kg resp.,in which the content of iron was 3 times of the required value of dairy cow nutrition reported in literature and the content of copper reached the required value of dairy cow nutrition reported in literature.[Conclusion] When the diet was prepared in Jidong area,the content of 2 elements of iron and copper could meet the need of dairy cow growth and milking,but the 2 elements of manganese and zinc should be supplemented properly.
