摘要
[目的]为深入了解美凤蝶滞育机理提供依据。[方法]利用比色法,测定非滞育蛹为、滞育蛹和滞育蛹羽化成虫不同发育阶段RNA和DNA含量。[结果]非滞育蛹RNA含量为4.614 0~7.946 3μg/mg,滞育蛹为4.326 0~5.885 3μg/mg,羽化成虫初期为20.7793μg/mg;非滞育蛹DNA含量为0.448 7~0.535 0μg/mg,滞育蛹为0.452 0~0.828 3μg/mg,羽化成虫初期为1.727 0μg/mg。[结论]核酸含量与变化与发育阶段有关。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide basis for knowing the diapause mechanism of Papilio memnon L.deeply.[Method] Using colorimetry,the nucleic acid content of non-diapause pupae,diapause pupae and eclosion-adult from diapause pupae were examined respectively.[Result] The result showed that the RNA content of non-diapause pupae was 4.614 0-7.946 3 μg/mg,diapause pupae was 4.326 0-5.885 3 μg/mg,and eclosion-adult from diapause pupae was 20.779 3 μg/mg.The DNA content of non-diapause pupae was 0.448 7-0.535 0 μg/mg,diapause pupae were 0.452 0-0.828 3 μg/mg,and eclosion-adult from diapause pupae was 1.727 0 μg/mg.[Conclusion]The contents and transformation of nucleic acid were related to the different stage of development.
