随着对生态学的深入研究,人们认识到土壤动物的群落结构、功能以及在生态过程中积极的不可替代的作用,土壤动物逐渐成为生态学研究的热点之一。对土壤动物的取样方法、分离和提取方法、观察和分类方法以及多样性统计方法4个方面进行了综述,为土壤动物的研究提供方法基础。

Along with the deep research of ecology,the soil animals＇ community structure,function and positive irreplaceable effect in the ecological process were realized,so the soil animal became one of gradually ecology research hot spots.The sampling method,separation and extraction method,observation and taxonomic approach and diversity statistical method and so on were summarized in this essay which will provide the method foundation for soil animal＇s research.
