四川省雅安市石棉县大气环境保护规划研究

Research on the Planning of the Atmospheric Environment Protection in Shimian County of Yaan City,Sichuan Province

以石棉县大气污染物基本情况调查为基础,预测了全县2010年和2015年大气污染物排放量,再利用A值法和culpuff模型计算大气环境容量,并根据污染物的排放量和环境容量的分析,提出具体的环境保护规划工程方案,保证全县大气环境质量稳定达标。

Based on the investigation on the basic situations of the atmospheric contamination in Shimian County,the emission amount of the atmospheric contamination in the whole county in 2010 and 2015 were predicted.The atmospheric environment capacity was calculated by using A value method and culpuff model.In accordance with analyzing the emission amount of the contamination and environmental capacity,the concrete environmental protection planning scheme was put forward,in order to ensure the stable quality of atmospheric environment in the whole county.
