芍药切花预处理液研究

Research on the Pretreatment Liquid of Chinese Peony Cutting

[目的]研究不同预处理液对芍药切花瓶插过程中外部形态和生理生化指标的影响。[方法]以芍药"春晓"和"桃花飞雪"的切花为试验材料,在基本溶液(20 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉+150 mg/L柠檬酸)中分别添加不同浓度蔗糖,通过对芍药外部形态和衰老过程中生理生化指标的测定,探讨了蔗糖预处理液对芍药切花采后瓶插品质的影响。[结果]结果表明,适宜浓度的蔗糖可有效提高切花的SOD活性,降低O2-生成速率,减轻活性氧对切花的伤害;增大切花鲜重,改善切花水分平衡;增加可溶性蛋白质的含量,延缓衰老。预处理液以(12%蔗糖+150 mg/L柠檬酸+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹琳)处理效果最好。[结论]该试验为芍药切花保鲜技术开发提供理论依据和技术支持。

[Objective] The effect of the different pre-treatment solutions on the external morphological character and physiological and biochemical indicators during period of Chinese paeony cutting flower was investigated.[Method] The Chinese paeony variety—Chunxiao and Taohuafeixue being taken as the experimental materials,the external morphological character and physiological and biochemical index in aging process of Chinese paeony cutting flower,treated with the basic solution（20 mg/L of 8-hydroxyquinoline ＋ 150 mg/L citric acid） added with the different concentrations of sucrose,were determined,in order to explore the effect of sucrose pretreatment on Chinese paeony cutting flower quality in vase.[Results] The results showed that suitable concentrations of sucrose can effectively enhance the SOD activity,reduce the rate of O2 formation and lessen the injury of the reactive oxygen to cutting flower,increase the fresh weight and the content of soluble protein,improve the moisture balance and delay the senescence of cutting flower.The pretreatment solution of 12% sucrose ＋150 mg/L citric acid ＋ 200 mg/L 8-hydroxyquinoline-lin was the best treatment.[Conclusion] The theoretical basis and technical support of the research for the technical development of Chinese paeony cutting flower were provided.
