LTCC滤波器路间隔离问题的研究

摘要 采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)将多路滤波器集成在一块基板上易受布局及电磁干扰的影响。采用HFSS三维电磁场仿真软件,对滤波器路间隔离问题进行了研究,分析了多层基板电路布局和电磁兼容性对多路滤波器路间隔离的影响,实现了2-3GHz六路滤波器组件隔离度〉60dB。最后制作了LTCC多路滤波器样品,实测结果与仿真性能偏差〈5%。 Multi-channel filter is easily influenced by layout and EMI using low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC). This paper deals with the interchannel isolation of LTCC integrated filter using HFSS software'. The influence of multi-layer substrate and EMC are analyzed on the intercharmel isolation and more than 60dB isolation has been realized in 6-channel filter module in frequency range of 2-3GHz. Finally a product sample is manufactured with a difference of less than 5% between measured characteristics and the simulated results.
