先排矸三产品重介质旋流器结构参数对分选效果影响规律的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation Study of Effect of Structure Parameter of First-to-discharge-refuse Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone on Separation Result

利用Fluent数值模拟软件在不同模型条件下对先排矸三产品重介质旋流器的流场进行了数值模拟,得到了相应的密度、压力、轴向速度剖面,通过数值比较,分析研究了先排矸三产品重介质旋流器结构参数对流场影响的趋势,为旋流器参数优化奠定了基础。

The numerical simulation was done for flow field of first-to-discharge-refuse three-product dense medium cyclone with Fluent numerical simulation software under different condition,obtained the parameters of density,pressure and section of axial velocity,analyzed the effect of structure parameter of cyclone on flow field,so made the foundation for optimizing of parameter of cyclone.
