摘要
介绍了蓄热式加热技术和蓄热式加热炉在热轧窄带钢生产线中的实际应用经验和技术特色,通过合理选择和布置蓄热式烧嘴、耐火材料、筑炉方式、孔洞式全热滑轨、检修炉门、扒渣孔等,达到了节能减排和降低生产成本的目的。采用多种汽包供水方式相结合的方法,可以有效地预防汽化系统因缺水造成塌炉甚至汽包爆炸的重大设备事故,确保了汽化系统安全运行。
The paper introduces the practical application and technical characteristics of regeneration heating technology and regenerative reheat furnace in the production line of hot rolling narrow strip.The purposes of energy-saving and emission-reducing and production cost reduction are achieved by reasonably selecting and arranging regenerative burner,refractory, furnace building method,hole type full hot slide rail,checking door and slag skimming hole,etc.The water supply method with multiple steam drums can effectively avoid the major equipment accidents in vaporizing system due to furnace collapse and even steam drum explosion caused by water shortage and ensure the safe running of vaporizing system.
