摘要
介绍了使用X-射线荧光光谱仪,用熔融法制得玻璃样片,对部分标准样品进行预处理,建立了镁质耐火材料中Mg,Ca元素的分析方法,提高了分析结果的准确度和精密度,加快了分析速度。
This paper introduces the method of analyzing Mg and Ca elements in magnesia refractory materials by means of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.Through the use of a glass sample made by melting method and the pretreatment of some standard samples,the accuracy,precision and analysis speed were improved
