摘要
绩效考核是人力资源管理的主要内容,对员工和企业的长远发展发挥的重要的意义。从目前企业绩效考核现状入手,分析了影响绩效考核方法发挥作用的问题及原因,并结合企业实际情况提出了解决的对策和措施,取得良好的效果。
Performance evaluation is the main content of human resources management,and is very necessary for the long-term development of both employees and the company. The problems and causes of influencing function display of performance evaluation method are analyzed according to the current status of performance evaluation.The policies and measures are proposed by combining with actual situation of the enterprise,good results are achieved.
