摘要
《藏文白话报》作为蒙藏事务局主办的三种白话报之一,宣扬"五族共和"理念;以多种形式发布国家的大政方针及中央政府的对藏政策;关注涉藏机构的变革,及时传达涉藏信息。研究《藏文白话报》与中国西藏的关系,可以更全面、更透彻地了解民国时期西藏社会的变迁,也可为批驳"西藏独立"论提供有力的佐证。
Being one of the three modern language newspapers, Tibetan Newspaper in Modem promotes the idea of ‘five ethnic groups in harmony＇, pubieizing the state policy to Tibet and Language taking great concern of the reform of agencies related to Tibet and transmitting information associated with Tibet. Studying the relationship between Tibetan Newspaper in Modem Language and Tibet will get to know the changes in Tibet during the Republic of China and supplies convincing evidence to be against ＂The Independence of Tibet＂.
