摘要
以固体废弃物粉煤灰为原料,在水热条件下合成了P型沸石,利用XRD、FTIR和SEM对P型沸石的结构形貌进行了表征,研究了沸石对于铅离子的吸附能力。结果表明,在80℃水热1 d,没有沸石晶体生成;在80℃水热3 d,有沸石中间体和较大量的P型沸石晶体生成;在80℃水热6 d,有大量的P型沸石晶体生成。P型沸石对于废水中的铅离子具有快速而且较高的吸附能力,吸附温度对于去除率有较大的影响,在50℃时去除率最大,可以达到93.28%。
The zeolite P was synthesized with solid waste of flyash by hydrothermal method. Its structure and morphology was characterized by XRD, FTIR and SEM. There was no zeolite P to be observed after hydrothermal reaction for 1 day at 80℃, and the aluminosilicate intermediate and a few zeolite P were observed after 3 days. After hydrothermal reaction for 6 days at 80 ℃ the maximal amount of zeolite P was formed. The obtained zeolite P showed high and fast adsorption to Pb^2+ ions occurred in waste water. Temperature plays an important role in the removal efficiencies of Pb^2+ ions and the removal rate can be up to 93.28% at 50 ℃.
