摘要
以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,在单螺杆挤出机中进行丙烯酸(AA)熔融接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的研究,考察了引发剂用量、单体用量、温度、螺杆转速及复配引发剂对LLDPE接枝率的影响。研究表明,适当的反应条件接枝率可达0.45%,反应温度180℃左右为宜,复配引发剂用量对接枝率有较大影响,m(DCP)∶m(BPO)=3∶1时接枝率最高,DCP用量不宜过高以免引起严重的交联反应。
The melt grafting of acrylic acid (AA) onto linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) was initiated by dicumyl peroxide (DCP) in a single screw extruder. The concentration of initiator and acrylic acid, temperature and rotation speed were determined. The maximal graft rate can be up to 0.45% and the optimum temperature is around 180 ℃. The graft rate is a dose dependent on initiator and the highest rate of graft was obtained when m(DCP) : m(BPO) is 3 : 1. the amounts of DCP should not be too high for avoiding serious cross-linking reaction.
