摘要
首先对车辆维修装备效能的内涵进行分析,介绍基于GIOWA算子的多属性群评价的方法和步骤,然后建立车辆维修装备保障效能的评估指标体系,最后对4种典型的车辆维修装备进行综合评价,从而找出差距,以确保实现战时车辆维修装备的战备完好性。
Firstly, the paper analyzes the concept of the vehicle maintenance equipment and introduces the method and the process of multi-attribute group evaluation based on GIOWA operator; then establishes evaluation index system for support effectiveness of vehicle maintenance equipment; finally, comprehensive evaluates four classic vehicle maintenance equipment and identifies the weakness, to insure operational readiness of vehicle maintenance equipment in wartime.
