摘要
阐述火炮虚拟样机技术的基本组成和原理,明确虚拟样机试验室的难点和虚拟样机试验室对火炮产品开发的积极作用。虚拟样机技术包括数字化功能样机、虚拟工厂仿真,及功能虚拟样机。功能虚拟样机的实现分5个过程:建造、测试、验证、改进和自动化。对火炮虚拟样机,即火炮功能虚拟样机,其实现过程与一般产品系统的实现过程一致,只是针对不同产品所要解决的问题,5个过程中的侧重点有所不同。
Present principles and components of artillery virtual prototype technologies, difficulties of its lab's establishment, and active actions of the lab plays on artillery productions. The technologies include digital function prototype, virtual plant simulation and function virtual prototype. The realization of function prototype is through building, testing, verifying and automation. As to artillery function virtual prototype, its implement is identical with that of normal artillery productions, what their fifference is the various focuses of the given 5 courses under problems of unlike productions.
