摘要
新课标突出强调要促进学生健康心理的发展,健康的心理即完善人格,而积极自我意识的形成对完善人格具有决定性作用。文章阐述了积极自我、自我效能感的内涵及价值,分析了影响自我效能感的因素。根据美国心理学家贝姆改变自我意识的理论,教师应提高自身的整体素质,组织肯定性的教育环境,采用适当的评价技巧,让学生获得自我效能感,从而引导学生主动建构积极的自我意识,完善人格。
New curriculum criterion highlights promotion of students' mental development, that is, perfect personality, while formation of positive self-awareness plays a determining role in perfecting personality. This paper expounds the connotation and values of positive self and self-efficiency, and analyzes some influential factors. Teachers should improve their own qualities, organize positive education environment, and adopt proper assessment techniques to increase students' self-efficiency, resuhantly leading students to construct active self-awareness and perfect personality.
