摘要
随着钻井地层的日益复杂,对钻头结构的改进提出了新的要求。利用计算机仿真方法,在已建立的牙轮钻头几何学、运动学模型和钻头与岩石互作用模型的基础上,通过MATLAB编程,求解所建立的各模型。为了解决软件的运行效率及不易操作的问题,采用了VB.NET来编写界面。通过MATLAB编译器将模型文件转化为.NET组件(DLL文件),与VB.NET交互,实现仿真软件的开发。利用该软件进行牙轮钻头破岩过程仿真可得到牙齿图形、任意时刻的井底模式及机械钻速等,对钻头的优化设计有重要的指导意义。
With the further development of drilling engineering, new requirements on the improvement of the bit structure are proposed. In this paper, using the method of computer simulation, on the basis of the cone bit geometry and kinematics models and the interaction model of bit and rock, the established models are solved through the MATALB programming. To resolve the problems of the running efficiency and the complex operation, VB.NET is used to compile the interface. The model file is transformed into .NET component (DLL file) through the MATLAB compiler, realizing the alternation with VB.NET and the development of the simulation software. By using this software to carry out the breaking rock process of cone bit simulation, the cutter bit figure, arbitrary bottom-hole pattern and drilling rate can be obtained. This is very important to the optimization design of bits.
