摘要 为解决深水钻井作业中遇到的复杂问题,挪威AGR公司进行了无隔水管钻井液返回钻井技术(RMR)研究。RMR技术在钻井中不采用常规海洋隔水管,而是用海底吸入模块将从井眼环空中返回的岩屑和钻井液分流出来,在海底泵的作用下通过一条小直径回流管线由海底返回至钻井平台,从而实现无隔水管钻井液循环。分析了RMR技术原理,介绍了海底吸入模块、海底举升泵模块、钻井液返回管线、控制系统等关键装备,概述了RMR技术在国外应用现状。对RMR技术今后发展提出展望,对国内应用推广该技术有一定指导意义。 In order to solve the problems associated with complex deepwater environment, the riserless mud recovery (RMR) drilling system has been developed by the AGR Corp in Norway. As the ocean riser is eliminated in this technique, cuttings and mud are separated from the wellbore by the subsea suction module, and returned to the drilling platform through a small diameter hose from the seabed by the subsea pumps. The paper summarizes the research and application of RMR technology abroad, analyzes the principle of RMR technology, presents the basic equipments of the system, including subsea suction module, subsea pump module, mud return line and control system. Some suggestions about the technology are also proposed at last, and it can be a reference for the application and dissemination of the technology in China.
