摘要
针对塔河油田盐膏层、易塌地层的井壁稳定问题,引进了一种新型强抑制性钻井液体系。确定了该体系基本配方并对其性能进行了室内实验,对乳化石蜡(RHJ-1)、乳液高分子强力抑制剂(DS-301)与井浆进行配伍性试验,并在大古1井进行了现场应用,分析了现场应用效果。研究结果表明,新型强抑制性钻井液体系与其他处理剂配伍性好,抑制性强,有效防止了井壁失稳,在大古1井的成功应用对于该地区同类复杂地层的钻井作业具有重要的推广应用价值。
A new strongly inhibitive drilling fluid system is applied to solve the problem of sidewall stability of salt-gypsum beds and instable formations in Tahe Oilfield. The basic formula of the system is determined and the laboratory experiment on the properties is conducted. Compatibility test is conducted on the emulsified wax (RHJ-1), the emulsion polymer strength inhibitor (DS-301), and the well mud. The system is applied to Dagu-1 well, and the application result is analyzed. Research results show that the drilling system features in high compatibility with other drilling additives and strong inhibition; and prevents wellbore instability effectively. The successful application to Dagu-1 well is very important to the drilling operation in similar complex formations in the area.
