水平井分段压裂技术在牛圈湖油田的应用 被引量:11

摘要 针对牛圈湖西山窑油藏低孔、低渗、低压、直井单井产能低的特点,进行了水平井分段压裂研究。开展了压裂方式、压裂配套工具、压裂液体系研究,实施了K341-98封隔器+桥塞隔离分段压裂工艺及配套技术现场试验,成功实现了三段射孔段卡封分层的规模改造。结果表明:K341-98压差式封隔器能适应压裂施工需要,压裂液体系与地层具有较好的配伍性,施工参数合理,该压裂技术可满足牛圈湖低渗油藏改造需要,油井单井产能由压裂前的无产能达到直井产量的3倍,使油田得以有效动用,为国内类似油田压裂改造提高开发效果提供了借鉴。 No mature practice of stepwise fracturing for horizontal well can be used for reference at present. Since there exists a low-porosity and low permeability reservoir with low pressure and low productivity well in Niuquanhu oil field, the research has been carried out about stepwise fracturing technology of horizontal well. The paper presents the method, matching tools and fluid system of fracturing. A successful on site test had been experimented by stepwise fracturing technology of horizontal well utilizing K341-98 packer + bridge plug and matching technologies. The result shows that the application of fracturing technology for Niuquanhu low permeability reservoir is well achieved because of compatibility of K341-98 packer method and fracturing fluid system and reasonable construction parameters. The oil is effectively produced since individual well producing rate increased from zero to triple rate of vertical well. The fracturing technology provides valid experiences for similar domestic oil field.
