输水工程环境监理探讨

依据《辽宁省建设项目环境监理管理暂行办法》,结合辽宁省环境监理试点项目的经验,针对生态环境、环境空气、水、声、固体废物和社会环境等环境要素,对环境保护监理内容和工作方法等进行了探讨,提出了优化环境监理工作方法、报告制度等工作建议。

Based on the regulation of Interim Measure for the Management of Environmental Supervision on Construction Subject in Liaoning Province, combined with the experience of an engineering case in Liaoning, the content and method of environmental protection supervision were discussed from aspects of environmental elements, such as the factors of ecological environment, atmosphere, water, noise, soil and water conservation, etc. Finally, the optimized work method and reporting system on environmental supervision were proposed.
