摘要 为了提高超声成像系统检测复合板材料的分辨率,设计了一种基于PCI总线的全自动工业超声显微镜,研制了主频为20MHz的专用超声换能器,波列只有一个周期;其A/D部分具有250MHz的采样速度,同时用CPLD芯片对信号进行处理,结合计算机技术,其检测结果直接在计算机上显示,并能够对检测结果进行数据处理、表达、传送、存储等,使超声显微镜成像检测系统能够检测到0.2mm当量的缺陷。 To improve the resolution of ultrasonic imaging system, the automatic ultrasonic microscope based on PCI bus is designed and established. At the same time, the special ultrasonic transducer (center frequency 20MHz) which has only one period of wave trains is developed .The A/D sampling rate is 250 MHz, and the signal is processed with CPLD chip. The test result is directly displayed on the computer, and can be managed, expressed, transferred and stored by means of computer. The least resolution of ultrasonic microscope system is up to 0.2 mm.
