论我国城市农民工体育贫困的产生与应对

Reasons why China's city migrant workers not being able to do sports

运用问卷调查、实地考察、访谈、文献资料等方法,从体育贫困概念入手,导出了当前我国城市农民工的体育贫困,分析了我国城市农民工体育贫困的五大原因,即制度贫困、经济贫困、物质贫困、动机贫困和技能贫困。提出了加快城市化建设,改革户籍制度,建立农民工城市利益分享与保障制度;创新就业制度,实现农民工与城市居民就业平等;健全社会服务体系,提高组织化程度,消除农民工体育参与的动机、物质与技能贫困等应对策略。

There are five reasons as shown through questionnaire study, interview and literature study of why China＇s city migrant workers are not able to do sports. These reasons include the sports system does not allow them,to go for sports. Also because they are poor and do not want to. Therefore, There should be more migrant workers in sports, the household registration system and the system for migrant workers＇ benefit shares and security system, to reform The system for their innovative employment should be established. Meanwhile, employment equality for migrant workers and city residents should be given. Social service system should be perfected.
